July 2016 Real Estate Report [Hottest Zip Codes]

The word “Hot” in real estate conversations gets thrown out there more than I care to hear. However, using July 2016 MLS data, I looked at the average number of days it took residential properties to go from Active to Contingent (offer was accepted) in Franklin County, then sorted by zip code to come up with my “Top 5 Hottest Markets.”
